Shipping and Damaged items

We ship all "in stock" items next business day for orders made before 5pm. All other items are dependant on supplier, please email us if you have a concern. 

Please ensure you select the correct shipping option you will be satisfied with. We will not cover any loss or damage for an item if you do not select a shipping option that includes tracking.

We do not cover any incidentals including but not limited to import duties, local taxes or additional postage costs.

If you select Couriers Please Receiver Pays and you are not a Couriers Please customer or do not have vouchers available, we reserve the right to on-charge any costs we are charged before delivering your item.

Items damaged while in transit must be notified to the courier service upon delivery or within 24 hours.

Items found to be not complete, not as stated, or damaged due to other reasons, please contact us within 48 hours via

Returns and Warranty

All new items come with 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. It is the customers requirement to either return or show clear evidence of any warranty issue prior to a warranty claim being accepted.

We will cover basic postage costs for any warranty, however, we do not cover incidentals, no matter how obtained. See Terms and Conditions page for full details.

Australian purchasers have rights under Australian Consumer Laws that cannot be limited.

We do accept "Change of Mind" returns, however, we reserve the right to limit refunds to the cost of the item only minus any postage and handling charges, even if provided free on initial despatch.

"Change of Mind" returns MUST be sent via pre-paid postage or freight, no "Change of Mind" items will be accepted if postage or freight charges have not been covered in full.

Regardless of reason for return, we must be contacted prior to return for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) via and a copy of invoice must be provided with returned item.
